Management theories & its classification


Management theories are the set of ideas and methods designed to help managers do their job well. Management theories:-
  • Confronts the knowledge of organizational goals with managers and supervisors
  • Implements the effective means to get the goals accomplished.
  • Teaches how to motivate to escalate the performance of employees to the highest standard.
