In
relation to IRO 1969 & Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006; the collective
bargaining agent (CBA) can be defined as: ‘collective bargaining agent’, in
relation to an establishment or group of establishments, means the trade union
of workers or federation of trade group of establishments in the matter of
collective bargaining;
