Concerned Ministry
The concerned ministry exercise
general supervision, control & act as owner on behalf of the people. The
functions are:-

Formulating
plan for industry

Appointing
the chairmen & board member of corporation & auditors
·
Supervising
financial activities, approving budgets and major investments
Sector
Corporation
Sector Corporation acts as the
controlling body of the enterprise. The sector corporation runs the industries
under the supervision of ministry in charge. The functions are:-

Coordinator
between concerned ministry and enterprise management board
·
To
appoint, transfer, training, promotion of enterprise management
·
To
approve budgets, investments, expenses and pricing.
·
Setting
up annual production target
·
Taking
action if any industry fails to meet target
·
Rewarding
employees who meets or exceeds the production target
Enterprise
management board
Enterprise management board is the
grass-root level management which is responsible for managing the concerned
enterprises’ resources includes under it. Board comprises of chief executive
who is appointed by the government, one nominee of the corporation and one from
loan giving agencies. The functions are:-

Execute
policies, objectives formulated by concerned ministry and sector corporation.
