Bangladesh experienced
various political transitions. Because of them management practices are not
shaped well enough to complete task effectively & efficiently. Thus,
private & nationalized government sector both are experiencing lot of
critical and long term problems. Some of them are as follows:
- Nationalization without management preparation: After liberation war various organization & industries were nationalized. They were just nationalized by the name and government work activity, not by proper management.
- Industrial manager’s limitations: Because of the complexity of the administrative system of Bangladesh, enterprise level managers are unable to take decisions without the permission of the corporation. Thus, it’s creating problems.
- Corporation’s limitations: The corporation cannot appoint efficient manager at all levels also it cannot supervise all organizations operating under it.
- Lack of proper training for managers: Managers aren’t provided with proper training to increase their skills and effectiveness as well as efficiency.
- No research work for solving problem: Research usually solves problem. But there is no research work is going on. As a result, problems are remaining day by day.
