Stage
1: The first stage
is the common seen of several organizations. Few people constantly working,
represented by arrows and others are relaxing represented by dots. Empowerment
done to make people active.
Stage
2: In the second
stage all people are working, but they are working as according to their own
ways & directions. To make the people for becoming unified in one
direction, a common vision set for them.
Stage
3: In this stage,
people are seen working for at one direction that is they all are working for the
same goals.
Stage
4: The 4th
stage is slightly different. In this stage, the number of active people
multiplied. That doesn’t means that number of working people increased, but the
increase is only because of the effect of 9 people working as a team and
working towards a common vision.
