A statistical chart used for
controlling manufacturing processes is known as a control chart. A control chart is a graphical method
consisting of the following three different lines:-
- Central line(CL)
- Upper control limit (UCL).
- Lower control limit (LCL).
Control chart is of two types:-

control chart: Measures the quantitative data. Includes X̅ chart and R chart.

Attribute
control chart: Measures the qualitative data. Includes P̅, n̅p̅, C̅, U̅ chart.
