leadership is defined as the influence of a leader toward his
subordinates using reward and punishment as a form of motivational medium.
Transformational
leadership is a form of leadership that requires leaders to engage with followers
as ‘whole’ people, rather than simply as an ‘employee’.

The Charismatic leadership is a style of leadership where leader gathers
followers through use of personality and charm, rather than any form of
external power or authority.

Process of charismatic leadership:

Visionary
leadership is a style of leadership where leader create, articulate
credible vision that will improve current situation.
(3) Team
leadership is a style of leadership where the leader
provides direction, instructions and guidance to a group of individuals (team), for the
purpose of achieving a certain goal.
Roles of team
leaders:

Conflict managers: manages conflict within the
organization

Coach: provides direction in achieving certain
goals

Liaison with external constituencies: maintain
relationship with outsiders

Troubleshooters: solves critical problems
