Japanese corporation management



Organization structure and management of Japanese enterprises grew up in accordance with the Japanese social system and culture. Most of the large industrial and commercial enterprises are managed and controlled by corporations. The main responsibility of management of Japanese corporations rests with BOD. The BOD exercises following:-

Determining policies retaining to production and sale
Performing important contracts
Purchasing and selling of valuable properties
Setting important organizational and personnel matters
Defending important litigation

1-5: Top level; 6-7:Mid level; 8-9: Lower level.

Chairman of BOD is the chief executive of the corporation.
There are also representative directors in BOD
Top level consists of (1-5)
(6-7) comprises the lower level.
Most of the office employees are female, where the production workers are mostly male
