Group & Team


Group is a combination of people, which includes a leader who leads, guides and co-ordinates group activities. 
The term ‘Team’ is similar to group except:-
·         Higher degree of interdependence
·         Higher degree of interaction
·         Higher degree of commitment
·         Finite number of members
·         Positive synergy
·         Individual and mutual accountability

Team is like group which includes finite number of people who has complementary skills, higher degree of interaction and interdependence committed to a common purpose based on mutually accountable approach.
