satisfied very easily.
Humble customer: Customer who knows not that what he wants,
but knows that he doesn’t know about his needs. Teaching & training will
make them aware.
Sleeping customer: Customer who are aware of his needs,
but doesn’t have the knowledge about his needs. This type of customers can’t be
satisfied by any means. But they are few in number. Attractive and stunning
advertising will make them aware.
Master customer: Customer who knows that what he
wants, and he knows that, he knows about his needs. Most of the customer
included in this category.
