can be defined as a set of interrelated and integrated functions, process and
systems, that focuses on the effective utilization of people working in an
organization with strategic coherent and unified approaches so as to best
achieve the goals of organization as well as the goals and needs of its
individual employee.
Scope of HRM:
1)Procurement: It
is the placement of right kind of personal to the right post. It includes,
determination of manpower requirements, employee selection , job analysis
2)Training & Development: Training & Development is a must in any organization. It prepares the worker to experience the actual situation of the organization
3)Compensation & Benefits: In all organization employees should be compensated if any hazard occurs on them and sufficient benefit should be provided
5)Industrial relations: It refers to the relationship between management and employees. Productivity rate may fall, if their exist a harsh relationship between management and employee
6)Safety & Health: It includes health and safety program, sanitary facilities, recreational facilities etc.
